Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is very close to Haram, offering easy access to the market and restaurants. The rooms were unexpectedly dirty and small, especially for families or larger individuals who need more space. The service was lacking in flexibility and attentiveness, particularly at the reception. On the positive side, the dining was superb with a huge selection of delicious items.
The hotel is conveniently located in front of the Haram, making it ideal for Umrah visits and smooth check-ins. The rooms are exceptional, although sharing doors with other guests can be a drawback. The dining experience is excellent, especially the variety and quality of breakfast offerings. The service, however, seemed a bit non-accommodating and grumpy at times.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and clean, with direct audio connected live to Alharram, but being given a room in the corner was unexpected. The service was good, but there was a lack of assistance with our suitcases. The location was excellent, very close to Alharam and all necessary amenities. The dining experience was delicious with a good selection of continental and South Asian cuisine. Overall, a recommendable stay with some minor room for improvement.
The hotel offers spacious and well-furnished rooms with a side view of Haram, friendly housekeeping staff, a lovely lobby, and a smooth check-in and checkout process. However, the room rate of SR 525 per night may be considered high.
The hotel's rooms were not ready until late afternoon, but they offer the best breakfast in Makkah. The staff was very nice and helpful, although there were some issues with availability at the front desk. The location is perfect, close to the Haram with easy access, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was super convenient near the Haram. However, the rooms were a bit small for four people. The service was excellent, especially from Mr Ramy and Miss Lama. The dining experience offered a wide range of choices, and the facilities were top-notch.
Staying at this hotel was a pleasure. The rooms might be a bit small, especially for families with kids or larger individuals requiring more space, but overall, I had a comfortable stay. The services provided were quick and efficient, although some staff members could benefit from more training in communication and courtesy. The location is excellent, very close to Haram, but be prepared for potential road closures that can make access tricky. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a great selection, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel had rooms with side view but limited view of Haram. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and the lobby was lovely. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The room was massive and elegantly designed with a comfortable bed, although not very clean after housekeeping.
The hotel is situated very near to Haram, making it fantastic for Gomomaa pray after discovering that Al Haram closes 2 hours before prayer time. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a king bed, although slightly smaller than expected for a 5-star hotel. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful staff, despite a language barrier at times. The location directly opposite King Fahd Gate, 79, was great. The dining experience covered a wide variety of styles with delicious and beautiful dishes, though it could get over-crowded with no direct entry. The facilities were modern and convenient.
The hotel is conveniently located near Haram, just a minute or two walk away, with various facilities nearby. The rooms are spacious but could use better cleaning, and the staff is friendly. The dining options are varied and lavish, while the on-site facilities are adequate for a short stay.
The hotel's location is excellent, just a few meters from the King Fahed gate of Haram and linked to Jabal Omar mall with interesting shops nearby. The service was exceptional, particularly thanks to Aliaa and Yahya. The dining experience was good, though the breakfast can get crowded. The rooms were comfortable but had a mix-up with bed types at check-in.
The hotel is perfectly situated, with easy access to the Haram and shopping amenities. The rooms were not spacious or comfortable, particularly the pillows, and were not prepared for our arrival. The dining experience was fantastic with a diverse selection of dishes. However, there were some issues with the AC and the long check-in queues. Despite some drawbacks, the dining and location were standout features.
The hotel rooms are spacious and very comfortable with daily housekeeping, but the location can be tricky to access due to road closures. The service, especially from Mr Jassim and Mr Mohid, is professional and accommodating. The dining options are excellent with a wide variety, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel is very close to the Holy Mosque and offers a great location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for celebrating special occasions, but they require deep cleaning as there is dust in every corner. The service is top-notch and professional, especially at the reception. The dining experience is excellent with a variety of options, although breakfast can be understaffed at times.
The hotel offers more spacious rooms than other nearby five-star hotels, with comfortable beds but small sizes. It is conveniently close to Al Haram, although some find it uncomfortable. The proximity to Al Haram mosque and a mall on the ground floor enhances the location, offering great access to all amenities.
