My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was super convenient near the Haram. However, the rooms were a bit small for four people. The service was excellent, especially from Mr Ramy and Miss Lama. The dining experience offered a wide range of choices, and the facilities were top-notch.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasure. The rooms might be a bit small, especially for families with kids or larger individuals requiring more space, but overall, I had a comfortable stay. The services provided were quick and efficient, although some staff members could benefit from more training in communication and courtesy. The location is excellent, very close to Haram, but be prepared for potential road closures that can make access tricky. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a great selection, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The hotel had rooms with side view but limited view of Haram. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and the lobby was lovely. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The room was massive and elegantly designed with a comfortable bed, although not very clean after housekeeping.

The hotel is situated very near to Haram, making it fantastic for Gomomaa pray after discovering that Al Haram closes 2 hours before prayer time. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful staff, despite a language barrier at times. The location directly opposite King Fahd Gate, 79, was great. The dining experience covered a wide variety of styles with delicious and beautiful dishes, though it could get over-crowded with no direct entry. The facilities were modern and convenient.
